From 1 September 2021, upon arrival in Hungary, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record the personal data of all guests specified in the law on a document reader or manually.

We would like to inform you that from 01.09.2021 you can only check in to our hotel with a photo ID, except for all children under the age of 14, as Government 584/2021. (X. 14.), the presentation of an identity document to record their personal data is not mandatory from 29 October until the end of the emergency, and the identifier of the document does not have to be registered.

Pursuant to the decree, personal data required by law (Act CLVI of 2016 on the State Tasks for the Development of Tourist Areas) may also be recorded by the accommodation in the case of guests under the age of 14 on the basis of a statement from a representative (eg parent, guardian). In case of cancellation due to legal requirements (lack of ID), the cancellation policy on the confirmation will apply.

The hotel room must be booked no earlier than 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the last day of your stay.

Earlier arrival is possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

On the day of departure, there is a possibility to extend the stay for a fee if there is no guest arriving in the room on that day. Information on the current price of the extension will be provided at reception.

Our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Our prices do NOT include the Tourist Tax (IFA), which must be paid separately on site. The rate is currently 400 HUF / person / night, which is determined by the Municipality of Siófok (it can vary from settlement to settlement). Under 18s are exempt.

Our hotel has many child-friendly services and facilities. If required, we can provide the following equipment: baby cot with bed linen, baby bath, baby bottle warmer, kettle, toilet reducer, step, high chair, changing table, potty. We also provide a children's pool and a playroom for the little ones.

We take care of your health during meals, ask the hotel restaurant for special requests (diets, vegetarian meals, food sensitivities).

You can have breakfast in the restaurant from 07:00 to 10:00, and dinner in the restaurant from 18:30 to 20:30. To avoid congestion, we have left a safe distance between the tables, so the capacity of our restaurants may be reduced. To avoid unnecessary waiting, our colleagues may inquire in advance about their planned restaurant visit needs or inform you about dates that are still available. The restaurant is comfortable and elegant to wear. It is not allowed to appear in a bathing suit or bathrobe.

On the day of departure, after check-out, the wellness area can be used free of charge until 17:00. During this time, a luggage room and a wellness locker room are available on request. Bathrobes and towels are provided in the room.

Yes, the use of the bathrobe for our adult and children's guests is included in the room rate.

The hotel has a private beach at Lake Balaton (Residence Beach), ca. 150 meters from the main entrance of the hotel.

Our beach is available to our guests seasonally every year (June-July-August). Opening and closing dates depend on the current weather, please contact our reception colleagues (+3684506840) for exact information.

The beach is open from 09:00 to 19:00, our cocktail bar is open from 11:00 to 18:00.

Grassy sunbathing area, sunbeds, sunbathing stage, children's toys, cocktail and snack bar, toilettes.

Parking is free in our open car park in front of the hotel and in the surrounding streets. Our closed parking lot for 16 cars is also available, the fee is 4,000 HUF / car / night.

Parking spaces are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.
