Further information:
- The rooms can be occupied from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- The room must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
- If you wish to stay longer in our hotel, we can provide you with a package room, and it is possible to extend it for an additional fee.
- We hereby inform you that according to the legislation in force, after September 1, 2021, the personal data of all guests (including children) who use accommodation services in Hungary, as defined by law, must be recorded on arrival by the accommodation provider, via a document reader, in the accommodation management software. then it must be forwarded to a storage location, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
- In order to record the data, the guest using the accommodation service presents his identification card, driver's license or travel document to the accommodation provider. If the document is not presented, the accommodation provider is obliged to refuse the accommodation service.
Cancellation policy:
- Your reservation cannot be canceled, but can be changed up to 7 days before arrival.
Terms of payment:
- A 100% advance payment is required for booking.
- The reservation is only considered valid in the case of a successful credit card transaction or the transfer of a bank advance received by the deadline.
